Just like our barbecue, our bar menu is all made in house from scratch, from the bacon jam on our Meat Candy Bacon Burger to the au jus gravy on our smoked Italian Beef. We use the unique flavors that live fire cooking imparts to create delicious comfort food to keep you warm all winter.
We are Whiskey Hotel Barbecue - so of course we have a great selection of Whiskey, Bourbon, and Scotch, as well as draft beer and seasonal signature cocktails!
